Citrus-marinated sirloin steak topped with relleno sauce, two eggs any style and refried beans. Served with choice of tortillas.
HUEVOS RANCHEROS
Layers of refried beans and crispy corn tortillas smothered in cheese and relleno sauce. Topped with two eggs sunny-side up and sliced avocado. Served with roasted breakfast potatoes.
CHILAQUILES
Tortilla strips tossed in red chile sauce, topped with two eggs sunny-side up, cotija cheese and sliced avocado. Served in a cast iron skillet with a side of refried beans.
CHURRO PANCAKES
Five pancakes stacked high and sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar and topped with strawberries and blueberries. Served with maple syrup.
